Hello Victor, it seems you may be experiencing some type of interference. That doesn't mean the audio quality is bad. The Kingston HyperX Cloud II is a gaming headset that doubles as an unassuming pair of good-sounding, over-ear headphones. After a brief talk with the customer service (who was very nice), I found out that this piece is “incompatible” with the Xbox.

The performance has been great, sound, microphone, my personal favorite is the stitched covering..a nice touch. So, if the price tag is an issue for you, consider the warranty and the great replacement process.

This is a surprising treat, since most gaming headsets don't bother with customizable earpads. Headphones through the audio jack alone are well built, comfortable, and have quite high audio quality. However, most gaming headsets embrace brightly colored highlights, sharp lines, glowing lights, and a general science-fiction aesthetic.
The wireless routers do adhere to FCC Part 15 Rule. I will start off by saying the sound card and speakers are great with this headset and I enjoyed using it when it worked. I've had tougher $5 usb cables.
