Definitely an international hotel. Recommend it to everyone. There was fresh coffee and plenty of French presses in the kitchen. Owner was lovely . The coffee is superb. Roof Top Bar over New Year with party was very stylish.

we missed out as we hadn't booked it before we got to Ackland. Room and bed were comfortable. Wonderful hotel with great friendly & efficient staff. If you have your walking shoes on, you can make your way across to Cheltenham beach then up to the top of the military base area on the North Head. Best apartment in the city. Close enough to airport. Staff were excellent!
