1st round: One Skype interview with a deployment strategist. Asked about my weaknesses, and went in depth. Leading up I had a call with the recruiter to give me a heads up on what to expect and to ask questions. I spent about 3 hours in their office. 30 minutes and was with a recruiter. Overall a good experience.Every interview was essentially the same. The recruiter called me and it was a relatively quick (It was only about half an hour) process.

The process took 1+ week. The audio was messed up at the beginning and we had to switch systems but we eventually started.

After that round I was given preparation materials including news articles about Palantir, a note from the team describing the role, and a handful of short case studies for a 45 minute call from a deployment strategist. I didn’t really nail the case but being frank I’m not too sure who can nail a REAL case that was presented by a client in 20 minutes with a choppy video feed. The process took a week.

4 A few days later got an email stating they would not be proceeding with an interview with the Hiring Manager.

I have been recently invited to an onsite interview at Palantir Technologies for the position of a Deployment Strategist. I didn't move past the first on site interviews.
